Treatment of secondary anemia with iron and molybdenum

Abstract

In the tropical and subtropical regions of Ecuador, iron deficiency anemia is one of the major health and medical problems. One of the main causes of this anemia is intestinal polyparasitosis, which constitutes a serious public health problem, especially due to the lack of health education and poor environmental sanitation in these geographical areas.
