Congestive heart failure due to congenital pulmonary stenosis

Abstract
With relative frequency, pictures of congestive heart failure are observed in children under six months of age. Some of them are characterized by extensive cardiomegaly, and the absence of murmur and stenosis; these signs and symptoms present diagnoses of myocarditis, fibroelastosis, amyloidosis, anomalous birth of lungs, etc.
