A stewardship study between hemoglobin and hematocrit levels

Abstract

The Coastal Nutrition Department is carrying out sanitary studies on anemia in the Ecuadorian coastal region, in order to adapt and determine standards for solving this problem.

The study has begun in the school population of the city of Guayaquil, using the necessary methods to clarify the problem. It has not been possible to study in the short term, a sufficient number of cases to obtain conclusions of collective value.
