Cervical cancer

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to highlight the conceptual changes that have taken place in the knowledge of uterine cervical cancer, the clinical-therapeutic consequences, and the current possibilities for early diagnosis, effective treatment, and prophylaxis. Based on a comparative study of Latin American and North American statistics, appropriate deductions and recommendations will also be made.
