Abstract

The introduction of electron microscopy in the study of Hepatology, allowed knowing individualized syndromes within the great chapter of Jaundice. The discovery in the cytoplasm of the microscopic hepatocyte of minute structures called organoids, led to the clinical individualization of syndromes that, beginning in childhood or youth, evolve in such a way that they cannot be compared as hemolytic jaundice nor within genuine hepatitis because its origin is not common.
